How We Handle Refund Requests
Welcome to Shoptopus. When you install one of the applications built by Shoptopus, subscribe to one of our plans, or otherwise make use of any service we offer, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
Shoptopus develops a suite of Shopify apps that help merchants run their stores more efficiently. Our Invoice Generator app lets merchants produce and customize a range of store documents, including invoices, packing slips, credit notes, and similar paperwork, while our Bulk Image Upload app enables fast, large-scale changes to product catalogs. Any new feature, tool, or capability we later add to these services will also be governed by this policy.
We may revise, update, or restate this policy, as well as any other terms, rules, or conditions published on our website or within our applications, from time to time. We will make a reasonable effort to let you know when meaningful changes are made, but you acknowledge that such notice is not strictly required and you waive any right to dispute a term of this policy on the basis of a prior change or a failure to receive adequate notice. If you do not agree with the updated terms, or are unable to comply with them, you are not permitted to continue using our applications. By continuing to use our applications after changes are posted on our applications or our website, you are deemed to have accepted those changes. We also reserve the right to decline to provide any product or service to anyone, at any time.
This policy forms a legally binding agreement between you and Shoptopus (referred to here as "Shoptopus," "Invoice Generator," "Bulk Image Upload," "we," or "us") concerning your use of our applications and services. Please read it carefully and keep a copy for your records. Throughout this document, the terms "you," "your," "merchant," "store owner," "Shopify user," and "Customer" all refer to you. If you are accessing, using, or registering for any Shoptopus application or service on behalf of a company or other organization, you are accepting these terms on that organization's behalf and you represent to Shoptopus that you have the authority to bind it (in which case "you," "your," "merchant," "store owner," "Shopify user," and "Customer" refer to that organization).
Requesting a Refund
We want cancelling a plan or requesting a refund to be as painless as possible. We understand that circumstances change and that needing to cancel a subscription and ask for money back can be frustrating, so we have kept the process straightforward.
If at any point you would like a refund on your Shoptopus subscription, simply contact us at support@shoptopus.info and tell us the reason for your request. We review every refund request individually, and we will generally consider a request made within a grace period of one month of usage. Please note that not all charges are eligible for a refund once you have subscribed to one of our plans, so we encourage you to reach out as soon as you decide a plan is not right for you.
